With wide tooling options available, from a single run pattern to high volume cast aluminum, the attention to detail is uncompromising. Our expert staff can help you decide what tooling would best fit your needs. At CPi, all of our tooling and prototyping is completed in-house. This allows greater control of initial quality and tooling accuracy. Using this method reduces our lead times and costs considerably since the high pricing and long delays associated with out-sourcing does not apply. All of this means that our customers are able to be kept up-to-date with acurate information on crucial projects. No more wondering where in the country your tooling is - It's all right here.
How do we do it? Computers, in a word. Using these wonderful, high-tech devices and powerful CAD/CAM programs, CPi delivers on precision. All the way from the design process to the show room, our computers and specialized software complete the task in less time and with more efficiency. Using this stream-lined approach, we can get you to production quickly and without hesitation or second guessing.
At CPi, we utilize the most powerful, complete CAM package available on the market. What does this mean to you? Acuracy, efficiency and affordability. Since we use the CAM software to write the code that will drive the CNC machine, the result is an exact replica of the digital model used in programming. Tight tolerances are no problem, because both the software and CNC machine register precisely to a single thousandth of an inch. The software also allows the verification of any cutting before the bit ever touches the medium, eleminating the inconsistancies commonly associated with manually creating patterns and tooling. The same digital model can also be used to create the trim program to make it exact every run.
