We have the ability to thermoform multiple types of plastics, including ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Acrylic, Polyethylene, Styrene, Polycarbonate, PVC, Kydex® and more. In addition, we also have vast experience in thermoforming decorative laminated sheets (wood grain, carbon fiber, chrome, etc.), "capped" or coextruded sheets, Korad® laminated sheets, Centrex® permeated sheets and much more.

With our nine thermoforming stations, we have the ability to produce a part as small as 1 cubic inch, or as large as 4'x8'. Whether your specs call for a thickness as thin as .0625" gauge, or even up to .375" gauge, let our tested and proved thermoforming process guarantee a perfect pull every pull. There is no need to be concerned about receiving an inferior product with a sub-quality pull.

Using our superior methods, our vinyl wrapping shows crisp, clean pulls without showing unattractive stretching or degrading of the material. At CPi, we understand the need for precision alignment. To ensure that your part is trimmed within your specified tolerances we engage the use of our highly accurate 5 axis CNC router. This 5 axis capability ensures that the entire part, no matter the geometry, is trimmed to your standards. A large working envelope of 36 inches in trim height and a table measuring 60"x60", we can trim nearly anything you could have us produce. Combine those features with professional-level programming and support, and your product is guaranteed to maintain its given specifications under any condition.
